Meet Luiza
Hello! My name is Luiza. I'm an artist, designer, and art educator with a deep belief that every child deserves a creative space to grow. I was born in Armenia, into a family of teachers and artists. I received my art teacher and designer education in Moscow, followed by hands-on work experience in the design industry. After moving to New York and becoming a mom of two amazing boys — my life changed in a different way. I work and play with kids every day. I don't just believe that art is good for children. I've seen it. Creativity builds confidence, sharpens thinking, and shapes the kind of inner life that carries a person forward. This studio is my way of giving children what I was lucky enough to have — a space where making things is taken seriously, and every child's voice is worth hearing.
Meet Irina
I studied at the Department of Pedagogy at the University of Philosophy in Serbia, worked in New York’s creative world as a makeup artist, traveled across the world as a flight attendant based in Abu Dhabi, and spent three years caring for children as a flying nanny trained with the Norland Agency. Motherhood eventually brought everything together and inspired the vision for Imagine and Create Art Studio — a warm, screen-free space where children can imagine freely, express themselves creatively, and simply enjoy being kids.
Our Studio Story
Imagine and Create Art Studio was born from a simple, heartfelt need.
As two moms with backgrounds in art and education, we were constantly searching for a place where our children could slow down, explore, and create freely. A place that felt calm, inspiring, and safe. A place where creativity mattered more than perfection.
So we decided to create it ourselves.
Our Philosophy
At Imagine and Create, we believe every child is born an artist.
Art is not about getting it right — it's about the joy of making. The pride of building something with your own two hands. The magic of looking at a finished piece and thinking yes, I did this.
This is a place where the process matters more than the product. Where making art side by side with other kids builds something just as important as the art itself: friendship, patience and confidence.

Mission & Vision
We believe that when children create with their hands, they become more grounded, more confident, and more connected — to themselves, to each other, and to the world around them.
Drawing, painting, and making things by hand develops focus, fine motor skills, patience, self-expression, and empathy. The value is never in the final result. It's in the process: feeling the materials, experimenting, making mistakes, and slowly discovering your own voice.
